1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods (for an order delivered in several parts, of the last part).

2. How to return

To exercise the right, inform KOLJA ANNUSSEK MANAGEMENT EURL, 9 Rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France, vip@koljaannussek.com, by a clear statement (letter or email) of your decision; you may use the model form below but need not. Sending the statement before the period ends is sufficient. Return the goods to us within fourteen days of your statement, unworn, with all labels and in the original packaging; you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

3. Refund

We reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them. We may deduct an amount for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised: made-to-order leather pieces, and pieces adjusted to your measurements after a fitting. Pieces bought in the showroom are chosen and fitted in person and are final; they cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced — the right of withdrawal applies to online orders only. We also cannot accept returns of goods that have been washed or damaged through improper care; the python applications on KA-SIG and MCL shirts require professional dry cleaning.

5. Shipping

In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, international delivery 10–14. Shipping is free throughout the EU; outside the EU, express delivery costs €20, and duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We ship to the EU, the UK and the United States, not to P.O. boxes; for other destinations contact client services. A tracking number is sent by email on dispatch; for lost or delayed shipments write to vip@koljaannussek.com. Made-to-order pieces take 8–10 weeks in production and are shipped insured or handed over in the showroom.
